For many years of my life, I did not pause to appreciate, develop or cultivate that side of who I am. I was completely atrophied and did not even realize it, until I had an opportunity to step into, accept and embrace opportunities outside of my traditional career path.

You see … I had been incredibly focused on academic accomplishment, traditional professional experience, and this moment of self-awareness arrived in my life late.
